Truly an amazing game! So many different combinations to choose from, it ensures every playthrough is unique. The game has a fair share of trail and error, but it's fun discovering the combinations and what does and doesn't work well. My biggest gripe is the sequel system, I'd prefer to be able to put my games into 'series' and have spinoffs that aren't necessarily sequels (and have them grouped as a series on my game overview). The game timeline menu could use an overhaul regardless.

Only on my first run through of this game but so far have really enjoyed it. The combinations provided to you for different types of games is varied enough to require thought into what to choose to maximize your research potential to improve future games. It's fun thinking outside the box even though personal preference wants to develop games that only appeal to me personally as a player (I long for the days of Koei). Advancing in the game requires thinking of the broader appeal. Great concept!

Easily one of my favourite games of all time. I had first heard about the game in a YouTube video from around a decade ago talking about anti-piracy methods, with the piracy setting being permanently applied if the code found that it was pirated. Making games and keeping a balance between the different aspects adds a good challenge as you go on, the gradual unlocks of mechanics to research was satisfying, the commendations are gratifying, and the full success at the end is so worth a play!
