I have paid £11.99 for one month just to try. It was not good for me so after two days I have never used it. There was no mention it will be an auto renew subscription so they took £47.99 for the next two months without sending notifications emails. It's good that I finally notice the charge this month, otherwise I would have been charged monthly in the future without me knowing. Be careful what you sign for.

I subscribed to the Pilates plan and accidentally purchased additional PDF materials immediately afterward because of the way the upsell screens were presented. I contacted support right away, but instead of receiving direct answers to my questions, I received several retention offers before my refund was ultimately denied. What disappointed me most was not only the decision itself, but the lack of transparent and straightforward communication.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this app.

1 Star – Be Very Careful With the Subscription Please be very careful before subscribing to this app. The app shows an attractive discounted offer for a 1-month plan, but an automatic payment mandate get enabled during the payment process. I had turned off the automatic payment, There was an auto-debit attempt within just 2 days before making any payment, carefully read the renewal terms, check the amount and debit date of the AutoPay mandate, and after subscribing verify both the app subscript
