Searched for a mobile game like this for a long time: one that doesn't feel like a mobile game. A well-crafted, atmospheric adventure that derives all the joy it delivers from gameplay and a cohesive world and plot, with zero monetization bs or dopamine-mining short-circuits. It is a bit oversimplified, but a solid zelda-like rpg. Becomes more engrossing over time.

I only played the free chapter, but as is, this is fine. It is inspired by Zelda Windwaker, as you're a boy hero exploring many islands on a boat (which talks to you). You have a sword & shield, and collect (XP) gems and are sent on a collect-quest. Even in chapter 1, combat was fun, and the story was fine. It doesn't appeal to me, but I feel like I don't want Zelda-style combat & adventure on my mobile... if you do, play Chapter 1 and it's less than $8 to unlock the full game if you crave more.

I don't know why this got so many bad reviews. My guess is because you only get the first part free and have to pay for the rest of the game. But let me tell you it is beyond worth $4.99!This is one of the best games I have found in the play store. It is truly what you imagine a rpg adventure game to be. Usually the games will say rpg adventure and then it is nothing but battle after battle. That gets boring quick. This game has a actual adventure (some battle to) you have to go through. 👍 Job!
