App is functional. Please improve UI, make it possible to send money to non-Amwali users. Sending money to amwali users also fails. Fix on iOS and android.

SO SO SO BAD I don't recommend opening an amwali account here, I've had an issue for months and months, everytime they tell me to send a screenshot on email and WhatsApp they don't respond and I call customer service again and they tell me to do the same thing, happened more than 4 times now and last time I told them you don't respond after everytime I complain to fix, they told me we will make sure to get back to you and THEY NEVER DID. if there was under 1 star rating I'd put that.

I'm using the Amwali app under ADIB and I've been unable to open it for a few days - it crashes right before the login screen. I've seen other users mention the same issue. Could you please look into it or let me know if there's an update coming? And please fix it soon.
