It's suddenly totally useless, I can't book a flight or at least return flight as when I select my return flight it will get stuck at the second screen where you select the fare. Light etc. Everything else works but for some reason I can't book a flight anymore doesn't matter which one I select. This never happend before and it seems to be for about a couple of days now. I used the app already multiple times to book flights without an issue but now can't book anymore.

I tried to hold the price on a ticket and created a reservation. Even though I deselected myself as the passenger and added "1 adult" it added my name to the ticket. Cannot change the name, even though I didn't enter my name. there' also no way to complete the purchase either on the app or the website. Just buy from a third party instead, there's no benefit to using the app, which just redirects to your browser anyway. when I tried to write customer support, they denied the problem existed. š¤Æ

First Impressions, not so good. basically I have my boarding information it gives me a QR code it opens the app and forces me to log in. you tried to log in and then that email's already taken after you filled out the entire form. basically I print my boarding passes and move on. I don't know why all of these Airlines and travel apps can't make your experience a good one. Even the most basic app just lets you get started.

Handle the unexpected and plan ahead. If your flight changes, cancel a hotel booking or rebook to a nearby airport/station, right in the app. Your boarding pass now stays at the top of the screen. Compare flights before you buy, and discover Extime Travel's Paris Stopover packages in booking.
