The app itself is pretty limited compared to Ecoflow's, but I think Anker is targetting a different market segment. The big issue that needs to be fixed is the login timeout every week or so. There's no need to timeout logins on Android, and it's highly obnoxious. If they fix that defect, I'd rate it 4 or 5 stars.

Purchased the Anker Solix c1000(x) And it connected seamlessly to the app during initial setup but now the app refuses to connect to the power station. I've tried connecting directly through Bluetooth on my phone, I've tried connecting through the app, and I've also tried holding down the connection button for seven seconds as instructed to reset it. No luck. Should've gone with bluetti or ecoflow. Headed to Amazon next to give it a one star review.

nothing but aggravation trying to get this thing set up. The instructions just tell you to do things that the app won't let you do. Instruction are incredibly vague. It would be like flight instructions for a flying student saying get in the airplane and fly. if the plane doesn't start start the plane. Once the plane is off the ground don't crash.
