The separate sale-contract workflow supports documentation of a private vehicle sale in Germany. An English translation does not expand its jurisdiction. The app makes no automatic fault, liability or cost decision. It creates documents and captures signatures; it is not a qualified electronic signature product and does not replace legal advice.
