Booztlet

The app automatically enforces a language based on my location which is frustrating. It's just common sense to let users choose their preferred language. Add an option to switch to English (or any other language) regardless of location. This concerns both the app and the website.

WARNING: Don’t Ever Shop at Booztlet If You Plan to Return Something I had a very frustrating experience with Booztlet. I ordered a pair of shoes based on the size description on their website. Unfortunately, the sizing information was inaccurate and the shoes didn’t fit at all. Because of that, I had to return them. Here is the problem: I paid 59 kr for delivery, and then I had to pay around 70 kr for the return fee. So for a product I never used and returned because of their incorrect size.

Absolute rubbish of a company. Impossible to make payments with any type of credit card except direct bank payment. Products are shipped surprisingly fast which is a definite plus, however products are dirty as someone has been wearing them before. No way this is acceptable. Update: Boozlet offered me a 40% discount and returned the money very fast which I am pleased with. However, I am not pleased with the hustle of buying a new product whuch turns out to be a second hand product.
