Unreliable, is usually hours behind and records only select screenshots while inappropriate sites get through easily. Constant problems logging in as the ally, no capability of blocking certain sites, key words, blurry screenshot for ally with no url or info - it's not worth the almost $20 a month for very little screening. Also slows the phone of the person being monitored, delays text messages sometimes up to 2 hrs, tech support is poor

Yes it takes screen shots but a lot is missed. My ally has been able to see things on social media sites and the app does not accurately depict what is watched. A LOT was missed and not flagged. Does not actually help very much

I changed my review because I have come across a huge problem that had caused me to fall numerous times. With the standard blocking, it does NOT block pornographic websites. It may not populate the results in the Google search, but if I type the website in the URL, I can access whatever I want. This is a major issue that needs to be addressed immediately. There will also be times when I search websites and nothing will pop up (great) and then others where I have the option to turn off the filter

Hello and I'm sorry to hear that! To be very clear, our standard filter is designed to block any known pornographic website so it should block them by default. If that is not happening on your device then that suggests to me that something has gone wrong and needs to be fixed. If you have the time and inclination I would encourage you to reach o...
