Freshly downloaded and the app does not load data or work at all. I can't search for stops, can't register for an account, can't buy tickets (because it requires you to load a stop first, which doesn't work and just spins forever). it acts like I don't have a network connection when clearly I do in order to leave this review. I have restarted and reinstalled. I guess they don't want foreigners using public transit?! I've never experienced this bad of a transit app anywhere in the world.

A useful app, I use it every day. But if you need anything account-related (login, add/change a payment method, manage settings, buy ticket / card etc) you get thrown into the wasteland of RMV website: tons of text, dead links, options that dont work, unintuitive menus, all kinds of errors, literally a trip back to the 00s. Edit: as of 8/2026 nothing has been fixed. Moreover, non-German SIM cards are now locked out. Yes, if you are a foreigner and the app is not working, that's the reason

To purchase a ticket, you must enter the stations. The stations would just simply not load so I was unable to buy a ticket. Stuck at the airport for an hour trying to figure it out with no physical ticket machines in sight. Ended up calling an Uber. A rather poor experience.
