l keep having the same challenge with my app when I use the correct pin it says incorrect and l have been to the bank many times with the same issue if it gets resolved the app becomes ok for a few days then once again starts saying incorrect pin

I failed time and time again to open an online account and called the customer service but they still couldn't help me

This App is for robbing people. Why do I get charged to see my balance? Is it my fault that the app doesn't refresh automatically? Of all the banking Apps I've used I've never seen a tactic like this. My balance on Stanbic App is always upto date, even though i can't do any transaction with it, for God knows why. but with this App I have to get charged, why? Not happy at all
