the access suddenly expired without any notification with the end dates, ( away from that paying the 100$ wasn't original existed), moreover some lounges due to capacity limit prevents the application users only from entering the lounge while accepting other Travellers normally!!! so what we are paying for is subjective and not guaranteed!!!!!

I cannot update my CC in the app. it keeps defaulting to card is already registered...this is fine but it's an incorrect card number and expiry.
