Worst app in history. Never works like it is supposed to. It doesn't even load the things inside the app. It just says "something went wrong" instead of loading my connected appliances. You charge so much money for all your products, can't you spend 2 cents on a proper app? Is it too much to ask of a huge corporation such as Electrolux? Or is the people in your Company completely oblivious to the fact that you have a useless app.

Not sure what to think or say. I guess I regret ever getting Electrolux appliances in the first place. Paying a small fortune for useless things in not my way of living. After a month and a half, all my appliances are gone missing from the app. Yes, GONE! Tried uninstalling and installing the app again to no avail. This is by far the worst most expensive app ever. Do not buy Electrolux and definitely DO NOT use their apps.

Connects to washing machine but that's about it. Worked fine for the first month before it disconnected itself from wifi where I had to set it up again. The washing machine will now not respond to any changes made in the app whether it be autodose amount or even as simple as turning autodose on/off. Devs should really update the software for both the washing machine and the app.
