Entertaining game if you wanna solve simple cases, I've recently reinstalled this app after months and i knew i was missing out a lot. It has more updates now back from i first started the game! The side game you can play with this is so fun, definitely passes your time by when restocking your energies. Although i just wish there was a more easy way we can earn the essentials the guests request. It gets frustrating when I don't have the item they want, especially if they leave disappointed.

lovely brain teasing game, love how every character has their own story, details are absolutely adorable! Buttttt would be better if the episodes are released a bit faster, anyways I noticed there's this wedding scene investigation event going on, but couldnt seem to join it in my app, it's up to date but the event is not appearing, please help! would really like to join pleaseeeee

If you off your WiFi, the gameplay is amazing and the puzzles are not that hard like those that will make you get an ad for a hint every time. But the fact that you have to wait for 16 energy( around 16 minutes) just to play one level is just unbelievable. The demands of the people in the hotel are just too much, the delivery person can't make it in time before all my customers leave disappointed. If it weren't for these two things, this game would instantly get 5 stars
