It says can manage all of your tickets, but it does not allow for using individual tickets for two people. It is simple to use in the SNCF app, so you'd think this would have the same capability. The website says it is coming soon to Android, but unsure how that would not be a feature that would be launched with the app. I suppose that at least it is 100x better than any of Germany's train ticket apps or purchasing experiences.

This app used to be very handy for me as a non Paris resident. Unfortunately, ever since my phone updated to Android 16 the ticket function no longer works. I can buy tickets but I can't use them from the phone. So now I need a card instead which I was trying to avoid getting. It would be great if there was a fix coming by it's been more than a year. Edit: it's not just Samsung, it's also Sony devices as well.

Sorry for this NFC issue affect Android devices (mainly Samsung) since the Android 16 update, mainly with the oldest gates. We invite you to click on the help ā?ā button on the Tickets page to contact the IDFM customer service, who can handle your NFC parameters for a fix. š Tom

Seems the latest app update has introduced a bug. I have a Paris-Airport ticket which shows as On My Phone when I am internet connected, however I cannot view the ticket if I am not connected to the internet (I could view it a few weeks ago when I purchased it). I'm hopeful that won't affect actually tapping to enter the station, but it is frustrating. update: yes I'm in France. yes I'm internet connected most of the time. still doesn't show when offline.

You need to be connected to see your tickets, and to buy tickets. That's the usual workflow of our Bonjour RATP app, linked to IDFM. No change. But you don't need to be connected to validate at the gate : the app just needs to have been connected to the internet within the last 72 hours to ensure the ticket can be validated at the gate. š Tom
