Awful app. Many bugs and I cannot even use my ticket or return money for it. Support chat is bugged and not helping too. There is no way to write email support from it - only chat or call. I cannot use a phone ticket that I paid. It worked for a year and after one trip it stopped working because one exact trip is still shown as in progress for 3 or more months. I have to use paper tickets and recharge them because of that.

awful experience, not even their own people recommend using the app, process of something as easy as restart the app or stuffthey 29days to answer, then you decide to go through the process of a new card and the want you to tkae the metro and move just to their offices regardless of the distance. very bad i will switch back to the carton one amd avoid this type of stuff forever sadly lost 1 euro for activate the wallet but anyways

since update ( may 2016) it is not syncing properly. whenever i buy a new ticket it keeps showing the pending transaction message and it is not showing in the app. to fix it "just" needs to clear cache and data but it is annoying to do it as a user. while this "request pending" error message is on, the nfc is not working with a "not supported message".
