I got Wellhub through work. I have digital now, which is actually great, and am looking at the differences between upgrading plans, but can't seem to find a simple way to do this. I can't look at a gym and find out what amenities are available in the plan I'm looking at. There's no list of differences. I use the contact form to try and connect with someone in customer service, but it comes back to an error page. Not sure if it would be worth it to upgrade...what if I needed service?

Unfortunately, this app is incredibly frustrating and anything but supportive of health and wellbeing. The filters don’t seem to work, it’s difficult to find classes nearby, and it’s often unclear what some sessions actually are. I’ve had the app for over 12 months and have never managed to book a class because I get so frustrated trying to find something suitable. What should make fitness accessible ends up feeling stressful and discouraging.

Masterclass in enshittification. Great service, intentionally poor UI. Saves money, but booking is a struggle. No saved favourites, so you search the same gym every single time. And you thought that in 2026 we have the technology to do that... Worst part: you'll get charged for a no-show when showing up but only checking at the gym desk instead of the app. Bug or revenue stream? You decide.
