Worked at first, then not at all. it disconnected for some reason, then failed re pairing every time after, though my wifi is working just fine on multiple other devices. Instructions for pairing are completely wrong as it tells me to push the wrong button. Not impressed by the fan or the app at all. I regret buying the fan and using the app. Uninstalling.

Great product. Looks good, moves air well, quiet motor, simple remote, reverses easily on its own when requested. For me it works well with Alexa and Google home. One tip that I used... regarding installing. I suggest installing the main unit to the ceiling first, then add the blades and light. Installing it all assembled would be quite awkward.

I used to never have a problem with this app and it was fantastic, but recently the fans keep disconnecting every other day and I need to resync them. It's more of a hassle now, especially since the first attempt fails for the network, but the second attempt goes through... Just for it to desync again within a few days.
