I'm giving a two because the quality is good. But there is a serious flaw regarding the custom pages. When it comes to making notes you are limited to 500 letters. But when it comes to writing intros there is no limit placed on them. The only trouble is, it will only print one page and not extend it to anymore pages. Something which I was not warned, and expected other pages would be there to accommodate what I had written. Now it looks bloody ridiculous, and I want my money back because of it.

I am always skeptical to try new things and have been reluctant to abandon my old photo service. After receiving my book today, Journi, is my new best friend! Assembly was very easy, and on its way to print quickly. Again, I worried about picture quality with the unknown, but was NOT disappointed! The cost was on par for what I anticipated with my other service, so that was not a problem either. Very, very pleased with the overall process and product!

This was absolutely beautiful. I went to the Bahamas with my daughter who's 18 ago and I wanted to save these precious moments. I ordered one for me and one for her. It was easy to use especially when you need to change the order of pictures. We just came back last Friday and I did the photobook Saturday. I received the order 4 days later! and must say it is outstanding. I tried with several different ones to see which photobook company to go with. This is by far, the easiest and so beautiful.
