The app used to work, now it constantly disconnects while playing, forcing you to uninstall the app, and force your phone to forget the speakers. The remote activation feature is a joke, and connects 1 out of every 10 times. This should be a simple, straightforward app that AI could make in an hour, why is it so bad now? It's not worth the money, and it's FREE! And the speakers themselves are nothing to write about, they would be ok if it wasn't for this fiendish app. 3 year fan, lost.

The only thing this app is useful for is to adjust the EQ & basic settings for a speaker. Party Up feature is unusable due to the speakers crackling & cutting out despite the audio quality being superb, but the connection is terrible. To use multiple Boom speakers together you're better off using your phone's native Bluetooth Dual-Audio output feature, even though it diminishes the audio quality. UE charge alot $$ for speakers that struggle because of (un-fixed) software issues.

Superior sound quality. have had every boom and love the bass of the hyperboom! love the interconnectivity, as being the first to the market yall have figured it out.. (Two of my smaller portable ones have been stolen; a little harder to steal a hyperboom 😁) Can't be any happier with the money ive spent for over 10 years on these products that still work!
