Game started off quite well. I did not mind the constant ad watch. I picked up a problem on the ads and it's taking forever to have it resolved. I am keeping them updated on the progress on my side yet it takes more than a day for a response to me. I understand time differences but the lack of customer services is showing in the untimely responses and 3-5 day wait on compensation is insane. I have never experienced this with any other game. I do hope you sort out my problem today. it's annoying

I enjoy the storyline and putting together the scenes. it's a good way to pass time on the down side it's hard to get energy 100 is not enough to merge the number of items you need to make the orders.. there needs to be less merging to create the product instead of having to multiply at least 20 times to make one final product.

I don't understand why they put things on customer orders that are impossible to attain, like the popcorn & birds. It seems like they take forever to recharge & only give you 6 items which isn't enough even for the basic customer. On the map, there is always a red dot like I need to take an action, but I look and there is nothing there. To really enjoy the game, you need to spend money, and I mean A LOT of money to really do anything. I'll prob give it 1 more day then delete. What a shame.
