No/ low sound in video recording! I am an actor and I tried to use the app to record an audition. The voice scroll on the app worked perfectly and the picture quality of the video was good, but the sound was so low as to be inaudible. I wish I had done a test run of this before I got to the other actor's location to record. I had to redo the performance without the app (which defeats the purpose). Will try the iPad version. Android is a bust for me. Waste of money.

Sorry this happened during your audition. Voice scroll and picture quality held up, so the low audio on Android is worth investigating. Hope the iPad version works better, but happy to help troubleshoot Android too. Reach us at support@teleprompter.com or Settings > Contact Support.

The one thing I paid for; voiceglide is unbelievably disappointing. It either just doesn't start having selected the mode, meaning you have to make multiple attempts to get it to understand you have started speaking, or you get to the bottom of the screen and it doesn't scroll up or whizzes further down and scrolls up when you haven't got to that part of the text. It is also not that intuitive to use overall, but voiceglide is terrible. This app simply doesn't deliver on its promise.

Thanks for the detailed feedback! The VoiceGlide behavior you're describing, from delayed activation to erratic scrolling, needs a closer look. Our team would love to help troubleshoot this with you directly. Reach us at support@teleprompter.com or Settings > Contact Support!

it got the job done but with several issues. voice glide works about 33% of the time. doesn't work online at all. wants you to download. interface is clumsy. took longer than it should to learn how to start recording with it oddly being calles the hub instead of record or something to that effect. payment errors when trying to upgrade to pro. again it worked but took more effort than it shouldve.

Thanks for the detailed rundown, genuinely helpful. VoiceGlide reliability, the offline-only limitation, payment errors on upgrade are all things worth our team looking into. Sorry it took more effort than it should have to get going. Reach us at support@teleprompter.com or Settings > Contact Support.
