App is created in a way to penalize you $8 for not activating your ticket in time. Here's a little secret: DENY LOCATION SERVICES TO THIS APP AFTER INSTALLING! That way they can't scam you out of $8. Also you can't buy tickets in advance, which really works against you if you're ever running late. But the absolute WORST part is the fake "rewards" system. It's designed to never give you a free ride. Your "points" expire unless you buy 10 single trip tickets within a 2-week period. Another scam.

didn't work on Android or iPhone it wouldn't let us pay. I tried Google pay and it said that it wasn't registered, even though I followed the instructions and allowed Google to access the app. my wife and I both tried credit cards on our respective phones, and each time it gave us error messages. we ended up buying tickets at the kiosk at the station. useless.

they will try to bully you into another fee! buyer beware! I activated my ticket as the train pulled up and I had my ticket scanned right after boarding. then got a warning that my ticket was scanned too soon and they were going to charge me if it happened again! just stick to paper tickets and avoid their nonsense!!
