Poorly designed and unreliable. There are different sections within the app for flights, bookings and holidays but they don't really "talk" to each other. Even bookings made on your easyJet login must be "imported". Notifications only work after the app is opened and information isn't easy to find. It's poorly designed and implemented.

Generally reliable for all aspects of booking some issues remain unresolved for me on the app. Adding the correct baggage is made more difficult by assuming you are adding the same for all passengers including children, go to the web to find an easier method to split the bags appropriately. Recently the search holidays link in the app has been giving results for anywhere but the destination you have selected, surely this must have been noticed by moderators ?

Worst app on my phone. Frustrates me on a regular basis! There's a really odd way to navigate to the "easyJet Holidays" section, and it always automatically brings you back to "easyJet Flights". Have to click and scroll way more than necessary. Had issues with booking seats, then went round in circles trying to check-in. Couldn't use my sign-in which I've used every other time and had to enter my flight details instead. I don't know why everything is made so difficult!
