Almost unusable. Can't get notifications for drops. The button isn't there anymore. I tried to purchase 2 separate times and wouldn't go through to the bot checking screen. Ended up making my purchase on finish line. Update: I was finally able to make a purchase. Seems to be working now.

The app just can't keep up with the number of users it sees. even when I managed to get through after multiple unknown errors, them deleting my shipping information 4 times and re-adding it and managing to get an order placed, they then just cancelled my order the next day. it's worthless and only leads to frustration. a billion dollar company giving less than dollar store service.

Every drop they make you will receive if you're on time on some items. They will notify you when is on it's way and when it's dropped off. Overall is a good app to have, especially when a limited addition drops. You can but them on your notification so you won't miss out. I hope this helps making up your minds. ✌🏾
