I downloaded this app after seeing an advertisement on Facebook, and it looked very promising. Unfortunately, I accidentally purchased a subscription. Within minutes of receiving the bank notification, I contacted customer support to request a refund, but they refused. The app itself is not very user-friendly. It was difficult to select the plan I wanted, and I found that many of the features require additional paid upgrades, making the overall cost much higher than expected.

This is almost a scam. I bought a 1 month subscription to see how it is. It gives u meals without calorie count, for anything important you have to pay extra. The user experience is absurdly bad bc you get non stop adds and suggestions. I stopped my subscrip bc I knew from day 1 I won t want to continue past the 1st month but they keep trying to charge me. Thankfully I used revolut and was able to block them but they keep trying and everytime it is a different sum they are trying to get from me.

Very misleading. The add I responded to was an egg diet. After being scammed into paying for things (features) I didn't want I ended up with a diet that is useless. The ingredients that one must buy are all so expensive it's not affordable. Unrealistic too to think that a working person has the time to cook the recommended dishes.
