Quite literally the worst app I have ever used. Customer support is worse than useless. After changing my phone I have been locked out of Pearson services which has hindered my work. Spent 45 minutes plus on a chat to get access only to be told I'd have to call back for help as they, the customer support, couldn't help me. Absolute joke! Why don't you allow users to register new devices more easily rather than putting us through the torture of your customer (non)support?!

All the reviews are showing that this is an unnecessary step that has been added Most teachers are not able to access examwizard. I have contacted the support system and still it is not working !!! If there is a rating below 1 i would give it ...i have been trying to login since Jan already ...2 months of trying and still no result... I deleted my browser history and all downloads and keep on trying Literally waste of time

Adds unnecessary steps for log in, email verification was annoying enough. I'm unsure what information is trying to be kept secure, but students can get most past exam questions from other websites, even 'secure' ones. I only use this due to the ease of use of the filters, and this extra step is forcing me to consider alternatives
