Please don't take this lightly. I installed and played this game for years. As long as you keep track of your progress before you upgrade or change a device you can have your items restored. If not, there's no help. This has happened twice to me. In 2021 and a couple of weeks ago. While all my other apps had no restoring issue, this one did. I tried with the Support team several times to get help. To say the least they are consistent in the lack of it. It's time for me to move on. Farewell.

Update 9/6/26: This used to be such a fun game, but now there's this annoying pop-up ad that Interrupts you after each round asking you to watch a video. This happens even though I paid to get the ad-free version of the app.

Good game, Bad programming I really enjoyed this game, I bought it a few years ago and I built up a huge supply of coins. I upgraded my phone to a new phone. It does not upgrade any information from the previous app. I tried doing the sign in with Facebook and all I did was keep my score. My coins are gone so I don't see why you should buy any additional coins from this company. Not only that, I now see ads which is one of the reasons I bought it in the first place to remove the ads.
