I once had it at 5 stars, because once you find where everything is it flows really well and is easy to use. However, if you have a decent sized library, it starts to slow down and glitch out and crash. I feel like standalone players are usually used by huge music lovers, and yet even around 100gb of music is a lot for the app to handle. On one hand, I get its a lot to work with. On the other hand, its kind of the point. Still probably my favorite player though

Almost perfect. The only major problem is that it has no volume booster option in the EQ. So I can't use it with bluetooth motorcycle helmet and earplugs. Not loud enough. Rocket Player has this, but it has so many other problems, especially with forced, over the top, full screen video ads before every launch that they added.

**UPDATED REVIEW** after going back to buying and ripping my own discs to digital for local listening (I dropped streaming music for good a few years ago) this player fits my needs perfectly, no flashy screens or effects that don't really do anything. I highly recommend this player if you've gone back to local listening. One small QOL feature I really appreciate is after loading your music you can search and d album art directly from the player vs having to do it separately.
