Absolute disappointment, in the beginning the app said that I have to own the driver's license atvleast for 12 months, okay I have owned it for 14 months. Then I spent time trying to upload my license and ID, which did not go pretty well, app got glitched many times. After 25 mins I finally got the info in the app and they didn't say anything. I walked for 10 minutes to the car and THEN, it said you gotta be at least 19 years old(I'm18), why didn't you tell me that earlier, waste of time.

Cars are often dirty. Some features don't work. Last time the car didn't unlock, but I still had to pay. I had to walk in the rain for another one and the customer service didn't reply.

I don't use these car rent apps often and it's quite annoying how often the app disconnects the user (as it seems to me). But that's the only complaint - the cars themselves are great and modern, and the app is well built and easy to use. Better than bolt drive imho
