This new update sucks! I no longer get instant updates to my phone on the status of the house alarm. For example, when I'm going out and set the alarm, I don't receive a text telling me same until 10 minutes later. What confidence can I have that it will alert me if the alarm gets triggered? Please revert to the previous version or fix this one.

terrible connection to the app. camera not compatible with 5g network. black boxes instead of recordings, repetitive recordings and can't connect to live view. customer care promising to install different type of recorder which should resolve it and despite calling them few times nobody contacting me back. keep away...

I can only recommend Network Security and the app itself. On several occasions I lost Internet connection and not even 5 minutes later the monitoring center is calling me asking to confirm that everything is fine (false alarm) and confirmation password. Also, once I didn't answer the phone twice (completely busy with phone calls so went under the radar) and Garda showed up at my door :)) I was like woowww?! Better safe than sorry right 👍👍 Anyway, 5* from me!
