if there is a place for a negative review, I would surely put that. it's been more than 48 hours, my transfer is still pending and money is not credited in the recipient bank. Fed up calling the helpdesk. I would kindly ask you to reply promptly and resolve this issue

initially I had issues. but then i have used the application multiple times, and the transfer has always been successful. sometimes it takes a day for INR to be credited, but it is a good app and the exchange rate provided is better than most of the applications available.

Very disappointing experience with ScopeX's referral program. I referred three friends as required for the promised €50 reward. Even after providing proof that I had fulfilled the referral requirements, they refused their promised reward. Customer support was not helpful in resolving the issue, which made the experience even more frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not recommend participating in their referral program or referring anyone until they improve the way they handle referral.
