I've used this app many years and always wanted to get a watch so I didn't have to keep taking my phone in/out of my bag. I finally splurged and bought a pixel watch but it looks like I have to repurchase the app for another $80 in order to see distances on my watch? Please tell me this isn't the case, it's an awful lot of money to purchase something I already purchased! I know there's a free version Golfshot: Golf GPS + Caddie, but it won't work with the version on my phone I already paid for.

Hi there, you do need a Pro membership for watch distances, but you do not need Plus. You can view our different memberships and their features here: https://golfshot.com/our-products

got this app because I was told it was a one time purchase. surprise surprise. another app that thinks they deserve my money every month. I have other apps that do most of this for free. including my watch. was told this was good, a bit expensive but worth it. guess that ship has sailed. now it's crazy expensive. peanuts if you are out every day. but some of us can't afford daily rounds and just want help for the few times we get out there each year. this is not worth it.

The membership you previously purchased is our Golfshot Plus lifetime membership, which was included in our original app with limited features. Golfshot Pro is our annual membership option which includes full features and is separate from the lifetime Plus membership.
You can still access your Plus features without subscribing to Pro.

Very disappointed, having a Galaxy watch 4 I purchased golf shot plus and found it only gives distance to the center of the green and you are unable to input scores from the watch, apparently these facilities require an additional subscription on top of the cost of the app. All these facilities are available on hole 19 for a fraction of the price. The paid for app also contains annoying adverts.
