As a result of combat injuries, my hearing has been shot to pieces for years! I suffer from severe tinnitus from rocket attacks. NHS Signia hearing aids have completely changed my life and this app, which allows me to manually adjust the sound levels and sound direction, has been a godsend. I love this app, specially in the presence of screaming kids!!!!

I don't get updates on "my well-being". it doesn't tell me how much battery power is left. in my listing of what's connected there's three hearing aid options. none of them updates or give me any battery information. they all say that the hearing aids are not connected however I'm listening to music through Bluetooth from my phone to the hearing aids so they have to be connected. sometimes it fixes if I delete and re-enter the app but I don't want to do that. very cumbersome.

You’d think with 1M+ downloads and £‘000 from the UK NHS they might produce something better than this. So many things wrong eg.: Can take forever to pair (if at all) where other devices take seconds. Phone calls and all audio routed to hearing aids by default and this cannot be disabled. Only frequencies amplified by aids are transmitted resulting in a faint and “tinny” sound and often only to one ear. Completely messes up other apps eg Android Auto. … etc, etc.
