Great app for configuring the earbuds and an Equalizer for precision tuning. it would be nice to have a bit more EQ controls, rather than just the 3 frequency ranges, as the vocal range in the mids doesn't have the upper and lower mid pitch controls. Perhaps a future update can include the other 6 frequency controllers (there should be 7-9, or 5 as the lowest control). other than that minor issue, everything is great. Sennheiser is the best for Wireless Audio. Neutral has clean natural audio!

I am on my second pair. The first pair had software issues regarding separate volume controls instead of just one master, in addition to absurd interference spikes which caused me to literally jump out of my seat. The second pair performs much better, with the slight exception of forgetting the last selected sound profile. It starts out differently than, say, dance, and then after about 15 minutes it remembers, altering the sound profile on it's own. I have to work around that as it is persist.

if you have sorted your settings for sennheiser anything, do not ever open these apps again. I decided to check settings for the first time in 2 years, it disconnected my BT mid use, degraded the sound, I had to delete the old version of their app that they clearly "upgraded" (replaced) in order to reset the terrible reviews (last app has 2.7 and new is at 4.7). download it, set you settings, and gtfo out. don't sign up or save anything. set and be done.
