Spliiit : share subs

The app is full of bug, I joined a share subscription, the owner never replied back then I tried to report the problem but the app has a glich and when it wants to verify so you can send problem it crashes and going into endless verification loops. I tried to contact support team but you chat with a bot and after that no one will come to help you solve the problem. the nightmere and very bad customer support. DO NOT WAST YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

This app is full of bugs and glitches. It does not function well. For example, most clickable links do NOT work. I tried to join an existing subscription, was charged a monthly fee but could NOT access the service I paid for. I reached out to solve the issue and get a refund but tbe customer service was unresponsive. I am uninstalling this app. It's a shame bc the concept was pretty cool, but the execution so poor it only ended in disappointment. Spliiit, you can do better than this!

If you want to start using this service, note that to get back your money you need to verify your account, a process advertised as taking around 48 hours on their website. On my side, I have now been waiting for 4 months to this day, and have yet to have access to my money. Too bad especially considering the service itself is working just fine, that the most important step is not properly handled.
