The app is great when it works but then it'll have some sort of error every couple weeks that after I try to complete a walk, the app just crashes and deletes all of my GPS data from that walk. then recently I had another error which it gave me a warning. that said, my storage was full. when I have 30 GB free on my phone, I had to delete all the app data and relog in all my information after I uninstalled the app three times. the support for this app is terrible. I would use any other app

First time users of this software BEWARE. You will receive a 15 minute onboarding which is not detailed. In some instances it takes 15 steps to complete one step. Also, if you're not happy with the software, once you create your website through time to pet, you can't separate the two. Creating a website using their software is not user friendly. It is for people who have experience creating websites. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

I've used it as an independent dog walker and pet sitter for 5 years. Super customizable with an awesome help center and customer service team. Tools for everything: client profiles, payments, visit reports, services etc, so it's the only app I have ever needed for my business. Pays for itself in like 2 walks per month and worth it imo!
