refused to give us a refund on 2 tickets despite us not even being able to go into the park due to it closing after 5pm, when we got there at 4:11pm. so I attempt to get a refund and get told no because they were "non refundable" and get told the hours were on the tickets. in tiny print in the corner of the ticket. do not book through them. I can't even get a partial refund or anything.

Will let you book tickets you cannot use. when you raise a complaint they tell you someone will be in touch, they never get in touch though. This is a scam.

Bought a 24h Oslo pass there. Firstly, it appeared that you can't use the pass directly in the app but need to install another app and redeem the code there. second the code provided by Tiqets even didn't work there, so money spent, a lot of time spent, and now I guess I need to pay again
