initially a good experience. For the second booking I didn't have the chance to add my name and it was automatically entered and entered incorrectly (used my middle initial instead of my surname). I was refused access to the Pantheon as a result and couldn't change the booking details. I can't get a refund either. The AI chat bot was quick to respond and offer help but it lied as I spoke to them twice and got conflicting advice

Had to rate this app as one star as otherwise couldn't write review. in fact one star is more than it deserves. While booking a tour for four people an error occured and a wrong date was chosen. we tried to cancel within five minutes and we were not allowed. all we wanted was a change in date. The company wouldn't have lost money.

Non-refundable. So when they wait at a random stop for 20 minutes while driver takes a break, you're stuck. When traffic and construction lead to 2.5 hours with minimal forward progress and nothing to see, you're stuck. When they shorten the route and you miss out on key things you hoped to see, too bad. Very much NOT recommended. Headout does not operate the tour so they take no responsibility. The tour bus operators will not assist either.
