No individual accounts for tenants that would enable them to transfer UniFi to a new device as needed. No second device. Glitchy. May fail to recognize faces or take longer time on certain occasions. Has reset itself so that doorbell stopped coming as a phone call. Impossible to access door control in a timely manner if you have a screen lock on your phone.

This Unifi is not working it's not picking up my location 📍 and I'm right in front of the gate this update makes this app weak you were able to open the gate from a far distance now it's not good fix this distance issue that will make the app work and hopefully it will pick up you location

worked for a while when my community put me on the app to open the security gates , my phone updated and it hasn't worked since , it shows out of range even if I'm sitting next to, now it shows offline. The office hasn't been able to solve the problem yet.

Added multi-site camera support and improved the first-run Dashboard. Updated navigation with Wallet, Cameras, Talk, and Drive. Improved Bluetooth and Location Services guidance.
Bug fixes:
Fixed camera, door station, VPN, Settings, fingerprint registration, and sign-in issues.
