It was terrible, dropping calls, dead spots in the city, etc. So i called tech service and they had me remove some options... NOW I have 95-98% service! NO company can provide more than that. So...if you're experiencing issues, i encourage you to call TECH SUPPORT for better service. I'm now happy with the price for the service! Yay!

Loving the affordability, and am pleasantly surprised at the coverage. I REALLY like how easy to navigate the app is so that I can add data and change plans and watch when I'm running low on Internet, too!

One minute I have full bars and good signal and 1 minute later I still have full bars and ultra mobile showing emergency calls only. I knew I should have stayed with Verizon . absolutely pissed off. Worked great for one week and now might as well be a paper weight.
