I tried to return a product the same day I ordered it, and they said they couldn't refund until I received my order and created a return label. just seems very inconvenient. I had a similar situation with Amazon, and they had no issue canceling my order and refunded me. Seems very unprofessional. I would understand if it was a day later, but on the same day, I should have a grace period like Amazon.

Nice selection but misleading info. Don't buy based on the delivery date to your postal code - it means nothing and they blame the carrier despite using a delivery level that cannot possibly hit their dates. Edit: had to drop a star. Arrived damaged and instead of replacing, they wanted me to hammer out dents. Once I invoked PayPal they finally issued a refund, but not until then.

We've ordered several products from Vevor and until the last one, have been very pleased. However, during the first rain storm after buying Vevor's weather station, it would reset the rain total to zero after every tenth of an inch. Also, the wind speed showed 0 even though the trees were being blown around and the windmill in our yard was spinning. So , not quite worth 5 stars.
