Without the ability to manually fix the focus like with the remote, this is useless. the capsules auto focus never gets it quite right. The actual remote let's you force the projector to focus and then lets you tweak it a little bit. Why would you not include this feature in the app? (Capsule II, by the way)

super disappointed that they made mandatory account creation for this app. not enough to 0ay 3-500 dollars for the product, got to give them your personal info too edit: They updated this, so now you can skip login. Happy with their response to cusfomer feedback.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience of forced login. We agree basic remote control shouldn't be restricted, so a new version expected in late-July 2026 will support "Skip Login" (Guest Mode). You can still log in optionally to save bound devices, sync across phone swaps, and access E-Warranty services. Thank you for helping us improve!

wow, such a basic app to start with, but at least it worked, I am stuck in a loop where passwords don't match, or my account is connected to another Anker account, so tried all passwords, even tried to sign up as a new user with different emails, but ... passwords don't match (they do) so can't use HBO or any other app that needs the mouse pad as the app won't let me in??? Anker/Nebula how do I use my projector, the remote is a bit useless (poorly designed integration).
