This app is barely working. My list of saved products rarely even loads. Often it just displays as empty. At times the shopping cart doesn't load either. I get error messages upon opening it and no matter what I click on. Lately, it freezes as well. I can never get a return label through the app- I had to contact customer service each time. I recently deleted the app and downloaded it again, but no improvement. Using it is just a hassle.

Fake advertisement. They say you'll get 25chf discount if you download the app but the price in the app is 25chf higher than on the web site. So you can buy from website without downloading the app.. really bad publicity..
