Very frustrating experience with the new return system. I requested a return through the app and was only given a QR code inside the app. The problem is, I have the app on my tablet, which is not convenient to bring when returning a parcel. I went to Føtex Havn PostNord and tried to return my package. I even had the tracking ID, but the staff told me they couldn’t process the return without scanning the QR code directly. I had to go all the way back home just to get my tablet. This system is

all my previous likes disappeared, it's hard to see the right products.The app is a bit confusing, doesn't suggest what you look for.Idk what changed, but can't even see my previous orders.Points lost forever as the products and brands I liked

Great Catalog, Frustrating App UI I love shopping on Zalando, but the app interface desperately needs basic updates. Managing saved items is a chore—there is no option to bulk-delete, select all, or filter out sold-out products. Cleaning up a cluttered wishlist one by one is exhausting. Navigation is also overly complex. Browsing deep into categories makes getting back to the homepage require way too many back-taps. Please add bulk-delete for wishlists and easier navigation.
