When it comes to trains, the app is pretty reliable. When it comes to BUSES, THIS APP IS USELESS. Dont even bother. Google Maps is more reliable for busses. I just looked at the app for a bus that said was 3 minutes away, but when you look at the bus location, it didnt even start its route and was on a Layover. 20 seconds later, a bus shows up. Why? Makes no sense, and this happens often.

Original:Most recent update is beyond awful. DO NOT UPDATE APP under any circumstance. It caters information only to closest location. Impossible to find routes for individual lines, worst interface for finding stations, status page gives status and nothing else - can't go to train line, favorites page does not display favorite station. App is now entirely unusable. Negative stars. Ed. Aug '26: so the app was updated, but made no useful change. You still can't access a specific line from Status.

SLOW and visually cluttered and now with unnecessary steps to get the info you need. Additionally, opening the app often shows the wrong location, and the planner will show "no journeys available" when you know for certain that there absolutely are! Just bring the old app back, ok? Lord knows it wasn't perfect but it was far better than this garbage app.
