Nice app with beautiful scenery. I love that the map shows other challengers, including Frodo. I did the one time payment to have unlimited distance tracking. I do feel like the change of scenery really downgrades after a while. At first, a 10km distance had a lot more changes of surroundings than it does now, over 500km in. Feels a bit like they put a lot of effort in the first part to convince you to pay for the app, only to slacken off later

Hello Lena Dooms, Thank you for the review. We are a very small team and we keep on working on making Fantasy Hike better. We are aware there are some places were less happens and it is on our to-do list to do something for those areas. Our to-do list is long but we keep at it. Happy hiking and good luck on your journey, The Fantasy Hike Team

This app has been excellent so far! I really like the little adventure descriptions, and the ability to see how far I've come along the journey. My one bit of feedback is: I would love custom competitors. I have a bunch of halfling characters in various RPGs and it would be fun to race against them. Plus, being able to set their miles per day would help me have a pack that more closely matches my speed. The standard competators are way ahead of me.

I downloaded the app over a year ago and everything was great, but over the last six months or so, it stopped counting steps and distance. I even downloaded an additional app to help count steps. And still, there's no progress. The most frustrating thing is that I bought an unlimited distance plan, and the maximum I could barely manage per day was 100 meters
