In using this for a month, I've noticed a difference in my pelvic health. I have more control and less anxiety about making it to the bathroom. The app has a variety of games you can play and earn new ones. There are "vs" games, but they feel like playing against a bot. I'd like to be able to compare to real people.

I am very new to this but the games make pelvic floor exercises more fun and im more likely to keep doing them every day. I would recommend if you are finding that the usual pelvic floor squeezing and relaxing exercises aren't working well for you.

I love the app and exerciser...my issue is that the premium and the challenges won't load to let me purchase the premium or do the challenges. I am not having an Internet issue ..it just won't load.
