Novoville is an award-winning Citizen Engagement Platform that bridges the gap between citizens and their local government. Whether it’s reporting a broken streetlight, purchasing parking time, renting a bike, participating in local decisions, joining a community volunteering initiative, or retrofitting your building, Novoville puts the power to shape your city right in your pocket.

Your city, one tap away.

Key Features:

Report Local Issues:
Spot a problem in your neighborhood? Report it in seconds —whether it’s a pothole, broken streetlight, or illegal dumping— and receive real-time updates on its resolution status.

Share your opinion on local matters through polls and public consultations. Your feedback helps shape decisions that affect your community.

Stay Up to Date:
Be the first to know about local announcements, emergency alerts, or events happening around you.

Explore & Navigate:
Find nearby points of interest on an interactive city map, view useful phone numbers, and get helpful answers about local government procedures.

Make e-Payments:
Easily complete payments to your local authority using the app’s e-wallet.

Upgrade your Home:
Plan and organise repairs and retrofit works to your tenement, and carry them out in accordance with local rules and regulations.

Important Note: We connect citizens with their local authorities. While Novoville provides the platform, requests are managed and resolved solely by the relevant local authority.
