honestly I've been let down by this app. I've placed multiple orders all totaling over £50 and the app has took my money and not validated my order. Customer service is aware of this as when I have contacted they have noted that it is a frequent issue. When I get my money back half my items are out of stock! It's shocking that such a big company can get away with this. be careful when ordering

every time I go to check my favourite, it says 'something went wrong and we could not complete your request.', and I don't know why. however, I can see it if I go into search and look for something in my favourites and select a random size. I would really appreciate it if this got fixed ! it is confusing me😓

I can't sign into my account at all. I'm a loyal customer and I love Hollister usually, however, having to reset my password multiple times and jumping through hoops just to use the app is frustrating.
